Yes. The Free plan never expires and never asks for a card. You can run your store with the core selling tools for as long as you want, with no time limit.

Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect instantly. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your current paid period — no early-termination fees.

How does the multi-month discount work?

Pay 3, 6, 9, or 12 months upfront and lock in 5%, 10%, 15%, or 20% off the monthly price. The discount is applied automatically at checkout based on the period you pick.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data stays. Some features get capped to the lower plan's limits, but nothing is deleted. Cumulative balance becomes frozen and unlocks again the moment you upgrade.

What happens when my paid plan expires?

If you've already purchased another paid plan, it kicks in automatically with no break in service. Otherwise, you fall back to the Free plan and your store keeps running.

Fixed vs cumulative balance

1Numbers without a "+" represent a fixed balance for the feature in each plan.
2Numbers with a "+" represent a cumulative balance — every time you subscribe to a plan, this amount is added to your previous balance.

Moving between plans

1When a paid plan expires, you are switched automatically to the next paid plan if one was purchased in advance. Otherwise, you move to the Free plan.
