Terms of Use for Stores and Vendors

Please read these terms carefully before using the Jamkhana platform. By registering as a store or vendor, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

To register and use the Jamkhana platform, store owners or vendors must accept these Terms of Use. By registering, users agree to comply with all the rules and guidelines outlined in this document.

Rules and Restrictions:
  • All pornographic activity, including pornographic photos, videos, or hentai content, is strictly prohibited.
  • The sale of food, drinks, or supplement items is not allowed.
  • Drugs or medical items that require a doctor's prescription are prohibited.
  • Smoking-related items, such as vapes, are not permitted.
  • Virtual items, including cards, accounts, games, licenses, or credits, are not allowed.
  • The sale of any illegal items is strictly forbidden.
  • Stores and vendors must be authentic and must not sell damaged or fake items.
  • Vendors must not impersonate or take the identity of another store or vendor.
  • Social links provided must belong to the store or vendor and be authentic.
  • Any violation of these rules may result in the store page being affected or the account being blocked.

  • The content of the store page must be authentic and not copied from another store or vendor.
  • Social links must belong to the store or vendor.
  • Products listed must be genuine, undamaged, and available in the store.
  • The store owner or master admin is responsible for granting access to their account securely.
  • Passwords must be strong, and two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled for account security.

Jamkhana offers a free subscription initially. Vendors can later subscribe to premium packages, as listed in the admin panel, to access additional features or increase limitations.

Jamkhana reserves the right to suspend or terminate a store or vendor account under the following circumstances:
  • Violation of terms.
  • Selling prohibited items.
  • Repeated customer complaints.
  • Fraudulent activities.

  • Jamkhana is not responsible for handling product returns or order cancellations by customers.
  • Vendors must ensure honesty in their product listings and information to build customer trust.
  • Jamkhana does not guarantee an increase in the number of followers or ratings for a store.
  • Jamkhana is not required to feature all stores or products on the homepage or ensure a specific number of orders for a store.

Updates or changes to these Terms of Use will be communicated through notifications displayed in the admin panel.
