  • Owner Information: Name, Phone Number, Profile Image
  • KYC Verification: Social links, ID Card of Owner, Store Legal Registration (if available)
Collection Methods:

Information is collected directly from the creator, who is the store owner or master admin, during registration and through updates made after login.

Purpose of Use:
  • Verifying store legitimacy
  • Using store addresses for delivery purposes
Marketing Use:

Currently, we do not use vendor information for marketing or promotional campaigns but may do so in the future.

Sharing Circumstances:
  • Public store information is shared on the platform for shoppers.
  • Store addresses are shared with delivery companies.
  • Information may be shared with payment gateways in the future if needed.
Third-Party Services:

Currently, no third-party services (e.g., payment processors or analytics tools) have access to store/vendor data.

Retention Period:

Data is not deleted after registration. Stores can disable their pages, but their data will remain stored.

Retention Policy:

All information, including store details, addresses, orders, and activities, is retained indefinitely for analytics and reporting purposes.

Compliance Standards:

Vendors can log in to the admin panel to view and update their information anytime. Most information is optional, but removing it may affect store approval and visibility on the platform.

Usage of Cookies:

Cookies are used on the platform for caching and storing login session information to improve performance.

Vendors will be notified of changes to the Privacy Policy through notifications displayed on the admin panel.
