  • Delivery Purposes: Name, Address, Location, and Phone Number are used to ensure accurate delivery of orders.
  • Marketing Purposes: Address, Gender, and Birthdate may be used for personalized marketing and promotional activities.
  • Communication via WhatsApp: The phone number provided during account registration may be used to send OTPs, marketing messages, order updates, and shipping details via WhatsApp.

Third-Party Sharing:
  • Delivery Companies: To facilitate the delivery of orders.
  • Stores: The specific store from which the shopper places an order.
Third-Party Services:

Currently, no third-party services (such as payment processors or analytics providers) handle shopper data.

Retention Period:

We retain personal information indefinitely unless the shopper chooses to delete or update their information.

Retention Criteria:

Shoppers have the option to disable their account while preserving all their order history and actions. Personal information can be updated or removed by the user, except for the phone number, which is required for registration and login.

  • Our servers are private and protected.
  • Shoppers have the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

Rights:

Shoppers can view, update, or delete their personal information through their profile. The only required information is the phone number.

Users can manage their personal information through the Jamkhana phone application by navigating to:
Settings -> Personal Info
