This information is collected directly from users during the registration process or when they update their profile in the application.

Purpose of Use:
  • Delivery Purposes: Name, Address, Location, and Phone Number are used to ensure accurate delivery of orders.
  • Marketing Purposes: Address, Gender, and Birthdate may be used for personalized marketing and promotional activities.
  • Communication via WhatsApp: The phone number provided during account registration may be used to send OTPs, marketing messages, order updates, and shipping details via WhatsApp.

Third-Party Sharing:
  • Delivery Companies: To facilitate the delivery of orders.
  • Stores: The specific store from which the shopper places an order.
Third-Party Services:

Currently, no third-party services (such as payment processors or analytics providers) handle shopper data.

Retention Period:

We retain personal information indefinitely unless the shopper chooses to delete or update their data.

Retention Criteria:

All personal information can be edited or removed by the user, except for the phone number which is required for account registration and login.

Account Management Options:
  • Account Deactivation: Shoppers can temporarily deactivate their account. If they do not log in within 30 days of deactivation, the account and all related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Immediate Deletion: Users can permanently delete their account at any time directly from within the application without waiting.

  • All HTTP transactions are secure.
  • Passwords are stored securely and must be strong.
  • Our servers are private and protected.
  • Shoppers have the option to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.

Rights:

Shoppers can view, update, or delete their personal information through their profile. The only required information is the phone number.

Exercising Rights:

Users can manage their personal information through the Jamkhana phone application by navigating to:
Settings -> Personal Info
